You may not be familiar with the term and concept of industrial illness. The term refers to illnesses suffered by workers as a direct result of their working environment, unlike an injury; illnesses are less obvious and can develop over time.

In a severe case, the fingers will start to turn white and numb, in extreme cases the sufferer can loose their fingers.

Tinnitus If you are suffering from Tinnitus you will hear a ringing, buzzing, humming or whistling noise in the ears and/or head with no apparent external source, the noises heard can vary in pitch in different cases, their location within the head can not always be directly pin pointed. The illness is normally caused from repeated exposure to loud noise.
