The symptoms of prostatitis are A)pain in the pelvic area,lower back,perinium and groin B) Fever C)frequent urination urges D)burning sensation while urinating.
For chronic non-bacterial prostatitis there are many therapies or combination of many therapies that may help.Dietary changes will help if you avoid coffee,alcohol and junk foods and spicy foods.Drink plenty of water as this prevents constipation and also for reducing discomfort during defecation.Regular ejaculation will help remove the accumulated seminal fluid by prostate massage.Consume foods rich in antioxidant ‘quercetin’ such as onions,tea,red wine and other supplements which is found to be effective in fighting this condition.Try warm bath for pelvic pain.
